Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders currently ship via USPS to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout; USPS transit times are typically 2-5 business days after your order ships.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once a package has left our hands, including delays due to weather, holidays, or high shipping volume. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at nick@braev3d.com and we will do our best to help track it down.

Incorrect shipping information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact us right away at nick@braev3d.com and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.

International shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
